ORGANICS RECYCLING AGREEMENT
I understand that Panorama Paydirt accepts yard waste debris measuring UNDER 6" in diameter.
I understand that Panorama Paydirt does NOT accept items greater than 6" in diameter, stumps, rocks, dirt, soil, turfgrass clippings, landscape timbers, lumber, treated wood, plastic of any kind, or trash.
I agree to check every load for trash and to utilize the onsite dumpster to dispose of any accidental refuse.
I agree to unload all yard waste in marked locations. I understand no materials should be unloaded in the roadway.
I understand that Panorama Paydirt will not assist with the unloading of any material from my vehicle.
I agree to use the below safety precautions when unloading my vehicle:
Safety vests should be worn when outside of vehicle during dawn or dusk.
Spotters or backup alarms should be used when backing up.
I agree that any damage or loss that may occur to my vehicle or its contents while on the Site is my sole responsibility. I further understand and agree that Panorama Paydirt cannot and does not assume responsibility for any such property damage to my vehicle, theft of the vehicle, or any part of the vehicle, or loss of personal articles from the vehicle.
I release and discharge Panorama Paydirt, its agents and employees (Releasees) from any and all liability for any injury, damage claim, demand, action, cost, and expense of any nature that I may at any time have or incur, arising out of or in any manner related to operating my vehicle on the Site.
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Releasees harmless from and against any liability, claim, action, debts, damage, loss, cost, and expense of every kind or nature arising directly or indirectly from or in connection with the operation of my vehicle on the Site.
I understand that Panorama Paydirt is not responsible for removing my vehicle should I become stuck on-site.
I understand that any violation of the above terms may be subject to a $250 fine. Any additional offenses may result in termination from site.
